How to Win: Mark English : champion runner

Mark English is one of the current generation of elite athletes in Ireland. A UCD Medical Student and Ad Astra Scholar Mark is also a member of the Sky Academy Sports Scholarships programme and he is one of the top performing Irish athletes competing forTeam Ireland at the Rio Olympics 2016. Mark's events are the 800m and 4 x 400m relay, and his accolades so far include Bronze at the 2014 European Athletics Outdoor Championships, Silver in 2015 European Athletics Indoor Championships, and is part of the Irish national record relay team with Brian Gregan, Brian Murphy andThomas Barr.
