Embattled state agency could see more trouble over lack of transparency

Utah's State Auditor is looking into the Utah Communications Authority for not posting financial data on the state's transparency website. The UCA was already dealing with the aftermath of an embezzlement scandal, in which a former employee admitted to making $800 thousand worth of unauthorized credit card purchases.
