When it comes to "Work", clarity is very important. Speed is life but direction is the blood of speed. Before you proceed with work, it is vital you understand the direction you have chosen to go in.
Every successful and significant organisation has a vision. Their vision gives them a picture of tomorrow. Has an individual, it is imperative for you to know your vision before you join the bandwagon of any organisation. If there is a divergence in vision both parties - You and the organisation - will suffer for it
Vision is key to effectiveness. Vision is key to enjoying what you do.
