With the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio beginning later this week, we sit down with two-time All-American college gymnast Lindsay Mable, to get an insightful look at USA Gymnastics and the demands of the sport.

A native of Colorado, Lindsay might be the best gymnast in University of Minnesota history, as she was named Big Ten Gymnast of the Year not once but twice.

Okay, so we might now know much about gymnastics, but Lindsay does, and she answers all of our questions and shares her knowledge with us.
