London cabbie Richard tells me about new 20mph speed limits

I recorded this with London cabbie Richard, who kindly gave me a lift down to Angel. He was happy that Islington will introduce a blanket 20mph speed limit across the borough. Most local residents seemed to agree with Richard. However, not all did, with one Londoner believing the current speed limit of 30mph to be too slow.
