We consider the account of the woman with a hemorrhage who touched Jesus' garments, looking at two things:

First, that you must see your need before you will reach out to Jesus, and Second, that if you would ever have peace with God, you must reach out to Him in faith. If you will reach out and take hold of Him by faith, He will take away your sins and make you whole. He will take away your uncleanness - Jesus will apply His blood and death to you and wash it away.
