Triple-threat Lera Auerbach is a composer, concert pianist, and published poet (her most recent opera, "Gogol" was based on her stage play). She's in town playing her own chamber music with cellist Alisa Weilerstein at an SF Performances concert at Herbst Theatre Wednesday night.
