There are plans to change car parking tariffs in East Staffordshire so you have to pay for a 2 hour stay even if you only need 30 minutes to pop to the shops. The proposals, which would affect the 12 council owned car parks in Burton and Uttoxeter, would also see drivers having to pay the same amount to park on a Sunday as the rest of the week. Phil heard from people in Uttoxeter then asked Julia Jessel from East Staffordshire Borough Council about the changes.
