Tilly's NOT poorly anymore

My 1st day back at work after 8 months maternity leave. Clothes laid out, bags packed, ready to leave, then Tilly was sick all over the carpet. Nursery cancelled for her & Mima had to go it alone, cue tears from me. Tights laddered, forgot glasses & pass. Still, 1/2 day completed then back to take over sick duty....but when I got back, Tilly was NOT poorly anymore. . .well except for maybe verbal diarrhoea!
