PSNI officers disciplined over homophobic attack investigation

t's emerged that eight police officers have been disciplined for failings in the investigation of homophobic attacks on a couple in Newtownards. The details were revealed after the police settled a court case with the two men. One of them is a former police officer. Conor Macauley reports.
