Caller Angela says she's stuck in her house because of water works going on on her street

Caller Angela says she can't get out of her house because NI Water are laying new water mains in her street. Her house has 25 steps up to it. She is a single mother with 9 month old triplets. She says that she can't get her pram on to the footpath and she has to park her car on the otherside of the street so it makes it very difficult for her to get the children in and out of the house.
