Lara talks about including young people in social media

One of the sessions at Barcampnfp was about brand cohesion which included the issue of having a consistent tone of voice on all of your social media channels. Out of this discussion came the topic of using volunteers and volunteer management. Lara shares her experience of using young people volunteers and gives her tips to other charities who are looking to do the same.
