So the Uttarakhand High Court recently directed the government of the state of Uttarakhand to ensure that basic amenities for schools (desks, benches, blackboards, etc.) were purchased before any money was spent on luxury items (like fans, ACs, cars, etc.) for government offices.
You may think that makes sense but, does it? Really?
