Feel Good:
A 16-year-old in Illinois named Randy Gerlach saw a car in a ditch on his way to work earlier this month, and even though other cars were just driving by, he stopped, turned around, and went back to check it out. Turns out the female driver inside was unconscious, so he called 911.
