Copper thieves knock out power to thousands
Rocky Mountain Power and West Jordan Police are asking for help finding the suspect(s), and for people to watch for suspicious people at substations. More than 5,700 customers lost power for a few hours in West Jordan, Midvale and Taylorsville.
