Teens blamed for brush fire near Saratoga Springs will face charges
The Utah County Sheriff's Office says two boys, ages 14 and 16, who sparked a fire with a ground flower firework will face charges in juvenile court. The fire burned only four acres, but cost roughly $12,000 to suppress.
