Attorneys general from three states considering legal action against EPA
The attorneys general of Colorado, New Mexico and Utah met in Durango, Colorado, to compare notes on a mine waste spill. They're waiting to see if the Environmental Protection Agency will adequately address the disaster before deciding if lawsuits are necessary.
