This is allegedly the first time Batman and Hugo Strange square off as Strange farting around Gotham, creating a bunch of mutant Great Khalis. Gordon and Batman are getting to know each other (that’s sweet), we see the debut of the Bat-Mobile and, oh yeah, Bruce roofies his girlfriend. Lots of dubious actions going around in this book.
