Boundless with Kathy Eldon

Boundless with Kathy Eldon explores how we tap into the infinite creative energy within us and around us—and how we turn that spark of hope into a force for good, especially in times of crisis and change.

Through delicious conversations with an unbelievable variety of artists, activists, filmmakers, founders, healers, and cultural visionaries, Kathy invites listeners into inspirational stories of reinvention, resilience, belonging, courage, and creative action. Solo episodes featuring her whimsical rhyming stories add a more intimate layer, weaving Kathy’s own lived wisdom into reflections on grief, purpose, and how to say “to hell with the consequences!”

At the heart of the show is a belief that every challenge can become a grand adventure of personal and collective transformation. Boundless is for people who want to live fully, love bravely, and help shape a more connected and compassionate world.

Kathy Eldon is an award-winning filmmaker, author, and founder of Creative Visions, a global hub for creative activism that has sparked over 400 projects and reached more than 100 million people. After the death of her son, Reuters photojournalist Dan Eldon, Kathy transformed her grief into a worldwide movement to empower changemakers through art, media, and storytelling. She has authored 18 books, produced Emmy-nominated and OWN-featured documentaries, and spoken on Oprah, CNN, and TEDx stages. Her life’s work reflects a passionate belief: that even our deepest wounds can become sources of world-shifting wisdom.

What does it mean to truly belong in a world that keeps us endlessly connected — yet somehow more alone than ever?

In this episode, Kathy sits down with Lauren Vitek, a researcher, writer, and speaker whose work explores one of the most urgent questions of our time: in an over-digitised world, how do we find our way back to ourselves and each other?

Through global research and lived experience, Lauren reframes loneliness not as a personal failing — but as a signal. An invitation back to what matters most. Her work explores how play, rest, and meaningful environments shape lives of connection and purpose, and why human kindness might just be the most radical act of our time.

Lauren is the founder of the KINDER Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting prosocial behaviour and cultivating a society led by kindness. She also writes beautifully on Substack at The Kinder Campaign.

Kathy is joined in conversation by Tihane Mujić, artist, creative director and founder of UNBECOMING, a global storytelling initiative to heal loneliness through human connection.

This is a conversation about belonging, about showing up for each other, and about what it truly means to live a life of connection and purpose. ✨ If this episode moves you, share it with someone who needs to hear it.

Connect with Lauren: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/levitek/ ✍🏽 Substack: thekindercampaign.substack.com

Connect with Kathy: 📸 Instagram: www.instagram.com/kathyeldon 🌍 Website: www.kathyeldon.com

🔔 Subscribe to YouTube and get EARLY ACCESS to every episode. New episodes every Tuesday. 🎧✨

🎧 This episode will be available for you this Wednesday on Apple Podcasts • Spotify • Amazon Music • Deezer • CastBox • iHeart • Listen Notes • Player FM • Podcast Addict • Podchaser

Grammy Award–winning singer, songwriter, and cultural organizer Iman Jordan shares how he turned his life story into songs that heal, uplift, and drive social change. He’s written for artists including Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Jazmine Sullivan, and The Internet, and in 2025 received the Harry Belafonte Best Song for Social Change Award at the Grammys for his anthem “Deliver.” As founder of The ArtWell Coalition, part of the Creative Visions family, Iman is building a regenerative platform that nourishes artists from the inside out so they can turn their art into healing and impact for communities around the world.

In this intimate conversation with Kathy Eldon and drop in co-host, Tihane, Iman shares how his early life, church roots, and first steps into the industry shaped the artist he is today—and how he learned to transform his own story into songs that inspire.

We talk about what it takes to start a creative career from scratch, the setbacks and near‑misses along the way, and the people and places that helped him keep going. Iman opens up about the moment things shifted, how he began writing for other artists, and the path that led to a Grammy and global recognition.

You’ll also hear Iman break down his creative process: how he listens for truth, writes from lived experience, and crafts lyrics and melodies that speak to healing, courage, and social change.
