What do the following have in common? The electric light bulb, the atomic bomb, transistors, communication satellites, laser technology, Google, iPhones - all were invented and developed in the United States. But now, with the rise of new technologically-developed economies like China and India, is the US losing its innovative edge? Will the next big leap forward come from the east, or the south, rather than from the west? Robin Lustig reports from Atlanta, Georgia.
