Prof Curt Bonk describes the new online resource and book he and a colleague in NZ are about to release. They describe the TEC-VARIETY model. It stands for Tone/climate, Encouragement, Curiosity, Variety, Autonomy, Relevance, Interactive, Engagement, Tension and Yielding products.
