Afraid to go out at night- residents of the Lower Falls say something needs done about anti-social behaviour

People living in fear in west belfast, afraid to go out at night, held at ransom in their own homes all because street lights are constantly vandalised. It's part of a wider problem of anti social behaviour in the area and there are reports that extra police are to be drafted into the area.
