Admit the IRA's violence was unjustified and apologise for its actions. That's the blunt message to Sinn Fein from Ulster Unionist Party leader Mike Nesbitt, in a speech about reconciliation. Mr Nesbitt also challenged Sinn Fein to tell the truth about past IRA actions. And he accused the IRA of writing the roadmap that guided the dissident republicans who killed prison officer David Black this month. The UUP leader's speech was responding to a Sinn Fein reconciliation initiative being led by its national chairperson Declan Kearney.
