Peter entered the teaching profession in 2004 via the now defunct Fast-Track programme. He has worked in four inner city Birmingham schools and held the roles of Head of History, Lead Practitioner, Head of Humanities and been an Assistant Head in two schools before being appointed Assistant Vice Principal at Q3 Academy in April 2012. His teaching has been filmed for Teacher's TV, and he is an Assistant Examiner for GCSE H
