It’s one of the greatest survival stories in history, Sir Ernest Shackleton’s Trans-Antarctic Expedition and the second leg of a re-enactment is taking place right now on South Georgia.
Today, (Thurs 7th) The Shackleton Epic expedition is preparing to depart on the second and final leg of their history-making journey over the mountains from King Haakon Bay.
