Vetrans trying to adjust to civilian life are being urged to ask for help.

Andrew Drake from the Royal British Legion in the North East says no one should feel like they're alone.

He's been speaking to TFM Radio after a County Durham soldier took his own life after struggling to cope with life outside of the Army.
