Iraq - what's changed?

Ten years ago #America launched its shock and awe campaign to overthrow #Saddam Hussein. During the last decade, the continuing violence has claimed over 100,000 victims. However, there are signs that life, at least for some of the population, is returning to some semblance of normality. Could there really be new signs of hope ? Our correspondent Jim Muir, who's travelled to #Iraq many times since the conflict began, has returned to the capital #Baghdad to find out.
