DNA New World IPA (4.5% ABV) launched in London this week at The Wheatsheaf Pub on Stoney Street near Borough Market. As you can hear the brewing process was rather unusual but the beer is a tasty session ale with a big, malty caramel backbone and a leafy, almost blackcurrant flavoured hoppiness.
