Yvonne, aged 54 talks about her life as a teenager in the 1970s from the age of 11 up until the age of 21. She speaks fondly of the powercuts, as something that was fun and that made her family closer. Yvonne also reflects her working class background, referring to her father as a 'mad socialist' and talking vaguely of the Enoch Powell speech in 68.
