As the UK's immigration rules get tougher, British citizens wanting their spouse or parents to come over from outside the #EU are bypassing the restrictions, by moving to #Europe. They're taking advantage of a rule that means if you go and work in Europe for a number of months, you can come back and be treated under EU law not British law. It's easier for Europeans to get their relatives into the country because restrictions on things like language and earnings don't apply to them. Some argue the fact that Brits can use this rule is a loophole, but as Catrin Nye reports, those doing it, say that UK immigration rules are now so unfair that they're forced to take this route...
