Dubbed 'The most imaginative generator of haute cuisine on the planet', elBulli was crowned ‘World’s Best Restaurant’ a record-breaking five times. Amazing when you consider it was based in a tiny resort on Spain's Costa Brava. We try to find out how Ferran Adrià changed gastronomy, what he did and why he did it, plus we question what his legacy will bw as we look ahead to his future projects with the elBulli Foundation.
