Talk Talk on blocking internet pornography

David Cameron said in his speech today about the internet that it was, quite simply, about "how we protect our children and their innocence." His plan is for most households in the UK to have pornography blocked by their service provider unless they choose to receive it. In addition England and Wales will follow Scotland by making it illegal to possess online porn which depicts rape.
