A BBC team inside the country filming for Panorama has witnessed the aftermath of an horrific attack by government forces using an incendiary bomb dropped onto a school playground in Aleppo province in the north of the country. It appears to have contained a highly flammable substance like Napalm or Thermite that burns at extremely high temperatures, inflicting terrible injuries and death. Ian Pannell has been in Aleppo and witnessed the suffering of victims as they sought help at local hospitals.
