Whatever the woes of the Italian economy, the country still has immense pride in its cuisine. So much so in fact that an academy of cuisine in Parma has issued a list of rules for those who are unfortunate enough not to have been born in Italy. Gianluigi Zenti the director of Academia de Barilla drew up the rules and spoke about them to Martha Kearney on BBC Radio 4's World At One.
