A woman who was wrongly told she'd had a miscarriage

A hospital in Cardiff has apologised for flaws in the way it diagnosed miscarriages over several years. It follows the case of 31 year old Emily Wheatley who was wrongly told she had miscarried nine weeks into her pregnancy after a scan at the University Hospital of Wales. Victoria speaks to Emily and to Peter Tyndall, the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
