audiodescription hassles at Cineworld cinemas explained

Ranting and explaining history of audio description problems at Cineworld cinemas with 8/11 trips now, trying to enjoy a family trip to the movies, being spoiled by the additional audio descriptive facility for blind visitors from actually working, but only to be discovered minutes into the film. Nobody seems to test, or fully appreciate how the service should work, and the poor minority blind visitor ends up getting simply a refund, and a spoilt evening. I really want them to sort out their processes, and give me confidence that a night at the cinema will actually be as advertised!
