Viking FM News: Drink driving victim speaks out

Our reporter Richard Madden speaks to the victim of a drink driving car crash. Stephen Meara-Blount was hit by a drunk driver as he crossed the road - he officially died twice but doctors saved his life. Stephen's brother, Tony, was also hit by the driver and died at the scene.
