Chad Le Clos hails Nelson Mandela's impact on sport in South Africa

South African Olympic and world swimming champion Chad Le Clos, 21, hails the impact of Nelson Mandela for changing the sporting landscape in the country and paving the way for SA's reinstatement into the Olympic Games in 1992. His father Bert also labels Mandela as the "greatest statesman of all-time."
