Gerald Masila on the future of Aid for Trade

At the WTO Ministerial in Bali we spoke to Gerald Masila from the Eastern Africa Grain Council about the future of Aid for Trade (Aft). Gerald says Aft is very important for Eastern Africa to increase regional trade of stable foods.
