Zulaikha Rafiq "Afghan women need education"

Zulaikha Rafiq is a women's rights activist and executive Director at AWEC, an Afghan women's educational centre. Zulaikha took part in the #BMENA2013 civil society workshop which brings together governments to discuss reforms in the broader Middle East & North Africa countries.
