Jan 07, 2014, 05:33 PM

Caroline Criado-Perez has been on PM before, talking about her successful campaign to get Jane Austen onto the new £10 note. While many people applauded her efforts, a few took to Twitter to make threats against her. Today two people pleaded guilty to sending her tweets - including threats to 'come and find her' and 'do a lot worse than rape her.'

23 year old Isabella Sorley from Newcastle and 25 year old John Nimmo from South Shields, admitted the offence at Westminster Magistrates' Court. She was remanded in custody, he got bail prior to sentencing later this month. Caroline told PM her thoughts on today's turn of events.
