Politicians in #Brazil will debate a controversial new piece of legislation this week, that is designed to establish an Internet Bill of Rights for Brazilians and obligations for internet companies. The bill, known as the "Marco Civil da Internet" or "Basic Rights of the Internet" took on extra significance after the #NSA spying revelations.
