Recruiting fighters in Iraq's holy Shia cities

In #Iraq, there's a reshuffle of an even tougher kind going on. In #Baghdad, the Iraqi Parliament has elected a new speaker as it tries to end the country's political deadlock. That's just a first step, in a country riven with bitter sectarian divides - most lethally, between #Sunni and #Shia. #Karbala and #Najaf are among the holiest cities to Shia Muslims, not only in Iraq but around the world - in particular, the tombs of important Shia Imams. That makes them targets for #ISIS, the Islamist insurgents now occupying large swathes of northern #Syria and Iraq. ISIS has issued a threat against both cities, threatening to turn them into a "living hell for the Shia". Our reporter Andrew Hosken has been to Karbala and Najaf to see how they're responding to the threat and the call to arms against ISIS...
