Refine Our Oil at Home, Not Abroad: Nathan Cullen, MP, Skeena-Bulkley Valley

Nathan Cullen is proposing to mend fences with oil sands supporters in Alberta. He will introduce a motion this fall requiring all export oil to be refined in Canada before it's shipped. The bill also includes a ban on large crude oil tankers on B.C.'s north coast.
