imf comes to Mali

#Mali is one of the world's poorest countries. It also having to do without aid payments to its treasury. The World Bank, European Union and others closed the tap 3 months ago. They believed aid money had been used - among other things- to buy a jet for President Ibrahim Boubakar Keita. A team of economists from the INternational Monetary Fund has just spent 2 weeks in Mali's capital #Bamako, going through the books.
