Listen as West Indian legends Lloyd, Croft, Greenidge and Garner pay their tributes to Sir Viv Richards as he was specially honoured by the Lord's Taverners.

In this audio clip, Lloyd begins by recounting his first encounter with Sir Viv and how he then developed, Croft then tells us about one of the greatest performances he saw Sir Viv produce, Greenidge talks about what it was like batting at the other end to Sir Viv and finally Garner talks about what it was like being in the same dressing room as Sir Viv.

The four men were speaking on behalf of the Lord’s Taverners, who honoured Sir Vivian Richards with fellow West Indian cricket legends at a commemorative dinner in London to raise awareness and funds for the charity.

The Lord’s Taverners is the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity; its objective is to give disadvantaged and disabled young people a sporting chance. To find out more about the charity, please go to www.lordstaverners.org
