Only One Spanish Toll Road Showing Signs of Recovery

The motorway toll road that runs from Alicante to Cartagena, via Torrevieja and the Orihuela Costa, will not be included in the public motorway company that the Ministry of Public Works is creating in order to rescue the roads at risk of bankruptcy, as it has started to show signs of recovery, due to an increase in use.
