Rebuilding Gaza

It's a little over a week since some of the most powerful countries in the Arab World joined the European Union and the United States at a donor conference in #Cairo to raise funds to rebuild the areas of #Gaza shattered by Israeli bombardment during this summer's fighting. More than five billion dollars was pledged....enough not just to repair the 15,000 homes damaged or destroyed but to help address Gaza's chronic problems with water supplies, sewage treatment and road transport. But we know of course that pledges aren't always honoured, and when the money does start to come in, how quickly will it reach the people who need it most? Our Middle East Correspondent Kevin Connolly went to Gaza City to meet some of the people desperate for help.
