What women living in a shelter want for Christmas

Diane Nakamura, Executive Director for the Association Advocating for Women and Children, joined us in studio this morning with a list of things she needs people to donate this year to put together 60 gift bags for vulnerable women.

Here are a few suggestions Diane makes for the donations:

-toques, mitts, scarves -two-piece flannel pyjamas -hygiene items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairspray/gel, underwear, sanitary pads -chocolates, candy canes
