On Day 4, BFBS reporter Hannah Gurney has been talking to the Director of Personal Services for the Army, Brigadier John Donnelly in Bulford. Soldiers are being urged to know their limits, choosing less booze and making a simple swap when it comes to alcoholic drinks.
